Technical and Soft Skills Training Courses for Retailers and Distributors

As a trusted partner of automotive service stations around the world and a Chinese supplier specializing in the production of automotive maintenance equipment, we have been utilizing our existing facilities and equipment to conduct special training courses for our retail and distribution staff over the past three months, gradually transforming from a purely sales-oriented company to a total solution provider, providing more value to our customers.

 

The course was held in our overseas sales department and was conducted by 10 in-house instructors, covering development areas such as personal and professional development, skills enhancement, customer service, sales closing techniques and other soft skills.

 

This month, a customer from Zimbabwe visited our company and was received by our General Manager Julia and Sales Manager Doris. Our company warmly welcomed the visit of the foreign businessman, and the leaders gave a brief introduction to the foreign businessman about our company's safety production, enterprise development, industrial layout, development advantages, etc., so that the foreign businessman could further understand our company and increase mutual trust.

 

   

     

At the same time, we led the customer to the factory to practice the truck wheel alignment. The customer also spoke highly of our production management and product technology development, and expressed their deep impression of our company.
